Online payment means the payment method made via payment card or PayPal user directly on the Site for the purpose of paying the amount due as consideration for the Product Order.

The Supplier will deliver the Products purchased by him to the customer at the address indicated in the order form.
Once you have completed your order, you will no longer be able to modify it: for this reason we recommend that you carefully review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, write to customercare@5punto6.com. Remember that cancellation cannot be carried out if the order has already been shipped: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.
The shipping times of an order depend on the type and availability of the items you have chosen. Within each product sheet, as well as during the order phase, you can find an estimate of the relevant delivery times. The products marked with the words “”Prompt Delivery”” are available in the warehouse: in this case the order will be processed in the following 72 hours. We remind you that in case of payment by bank transfer the order will be processed once the amount due has been received. If your order includes items with different delivery times, it will be processed in a single shipment respecting the production times of the product that has the longest processing times.
5punto undertakes to respect the estimated delivery times that you will find on the site. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier in the event of any delays in delivery by the courier, nor for any damage that may arise to the customer from such delays. However, if unforeseen events should occur in the production or fulfillment phases, you will always be notified promptly. For doubts or assistance, write to customercare@5punto6.com.
We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, also checks the integrity of the packaging and the possible presence of signs of break-ins or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the contents. In case of anomalies, indicate the words “Acceptance with reservation” in the carrier’s transport document at the time of signing and write to reporting the delivery details. Otherwise, once the delivery document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked and any anomalies reported within two days of receipt by email to customercare@5punto6.com communicating the number and date of the order and the defect found. 5punto6 will be responsible for replacing the defective item only after receiving it at its headquarters via courier paid by the supplier.
Reports received after the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration.
If the courier delivers the goods and cannot find anyone at the indicated address, he will make a second attempt, leaving a specific message. If the second attempt is not successful, the item will be returned to the supplier. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer.
Shipping and delivery costs are borne by the customer, except for any promotions, and are expressly indicated when completing the order, separately from the price of the products.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item and intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), the return will be your responsibility and you will have to proceed with a new order. The items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly wrapped and packaged. For shipping, use the same packaging in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally safe protective box.
In the event of a different or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Support service by writing to customercare@5punto6.com within 14 working days from the order delivery date as required by the cited article. We will organize the collection with one of our couriers and provide you with all the information. In this case, 5punto6 will refund the cost of the item and cover the shipping costs. Both in the case of voluntary returns and returns due to defects or discrepancies, remember to include a copy of the transport document in the package, which will be sent to you via e-mail by our Customer Assistance service and in which you will have to highlight the returned products and the reason for the return.
If the withdrawal is carried out in compliance with the conditions indicated above, the amount paid for the products will be credited to the buyer at his choice by bank transfer to his account or Paypal refund within 30 days of the returned goods, upon receipt of the goods 5punto6 reserves the right to control it in all the conditions indicated above. If the above points are not respected, the right of withdrawal is completely lost

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185/99, the customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract and to return the products ordered and possibly delivered without any penalty and without specifying the reasons.

The conclusion of the contract will take place only upon confirmation of the order by 5punto6.
The customer will receive a notification of receipt by email containing the order confirmation with all the elements constituting the contract (including ordered products, prices, delivery dates, shipping costs). 5punto6 reserves the right to not confirm an order for any reason relating in particular to a product supply problem, or a problem regarding the order received.
5punto6 cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the customer.
Product availability
The offers contained on this site will be valid as long as the products listed remain online. 5punto6 reserves the right to communicate to the customer at his email address any unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In the case of purchasing a product that is no longer available, 5punto6 will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the customer.
Prices – Invoice
Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, and do not include any delivery costs, which will be indicated in the order confirmation.
